Visiting a new church for the first time can be uncomfortable and even intimidating, especially when you aren’t sure what to expect. To ease any anxiety you may be experiencing, here are some things you can expect to find at CCGvl when you visit.

Worship.  We believe worship is a very important element of our Sunday service, as it prepares us spiritually for the Word that will be taught. At CCGvl, worship music is a mix of classic hymns and contemporary praise and worship music.

Dress.  We are comfortable and casual.  Whether you prefer khakis and a polo or jeans and t-shirt, you’ll fit right in.

Children.  God says, “Children are a treasure” – and we take the physical and spiritual care of your “treasures” very seriously. After worship and prayer, children up through 5th grade are dismissed  to participate in their own age-appropriate Bible teaching and activities.  Children enjoy having their own special service, and adults are able to give undistracted attention to God’s Word.
